Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account on sitecarepluspro.com ("the Service") and clicking "I agree" during registration, you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who we are

The Service is operated by SiteCarePlusPro ("we", "us"). Contact: sitecarepluspro@gmail.com.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and fees

We offer recurring subscription plans (monthly or annual) and one-time services billed through Stripe. Prices are shown on the plans page and may include applicable sales tax.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• You can cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Failed payments may trigger a grace period during which the account enters a "past due" state. After repeated failures we may suspend access until payment is resolved.

5. Refunds

Our refund policy is described separately at Refund Policy. It is part of these Terms.

6. What we do for you

Each plan defines a scope of work (e.g., monitoring, monthly hours, response time). Work outside the scope is offered as one-off charges with a written quote you must accept before we start.

7. Your content and credentials

You may grant us access to your website, hosting, or other systems so we can do the work. You retain ownership of everything you upload (files, brand assets, credentials, messages). We use it only to perform the services you ask for.

Sensitive credentials are stored encrypted and shown only to authorized staff working on your account.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to do anything illegal, infringe someone else's rights, attempt to break or probe the platform, or send malware/spam through it.

9. Intellectual property

Deliverables we produce for you under a paid plan become yours once payment for that work has cleared. Our platform code, designs, and templates remain ours. You may not resell, copy, or sublicense the Service itself.

10. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that work will produce a specific business outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You can close your account any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if your payment fails repeatedly, or if we are required to by law. On termination we will let you export your data for a reasonable period.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we are registered, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
